Memory chips are getting smaller and this is the reason every USB drive manufacturer is trying to reduce their size, making memory storage a lot more portable and convenient to use. Intellipaper is doing just that with a little bit of innovation. The team here plans to roll out a memory chip embedded in a sheet of paper, making the device as thin as a sheet of card stock and also foldable.
The device can do all the things a normal USB drive does, but the unique choice of materials makes it eco friendly and above all affordable. Intellipaper is now crowd funding and the company believes that if successful they could eventually be producing USB drives that will cost just as much as a rewritable CD or less than a dollar each.
